Can I change my billing address?

Registered users can always changes your shipping address by login in to your Planting Stories account. You can also mail us at support@plantingstories.in to change your order or billing information. However, please note that after your order is shipped you cannot change any details on your order.

Can I customize the product?

We do order customization for few of the products. You can also email us at support@plantingstories.in for special customization request. Please mention the, product details preferable colors, sizes, finish and other details while sending us the query.

How can I place an order on Planting Stories?

Log on to plantingstories.in. Add your faviorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Next, enter your billing and shipping details and confirm the order. Done! If you don’t want to register with us, you can still place your order as a guest user. You can directly add the products in your cart and at checkout you can select Continue as Guest. In this case your address and order details would not be saved with us, but you can place your order by using your Full Name, Email id, Contact number and complete address details.

I do not remember both my login ID and password. How do I get it?

Please share your order number or your registered email if at support@plantingstories.in, we will help you login back to your account.

What are the Payment Mode Available?

We securely accept Online Payments through by Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net banking. Cash on delivery is currently not available.

What are the modes of refund available?

- If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account.

- Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

What is the cancellation and refund policies?

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 4 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

For the refunds made, customers are provided with a Unique reference Id which they can refer to, if they have some issues with the rebate.

What is plantingstories.in return policy?

As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in the customer ' s home as expected. In such cases, we will be offering returns within 7 days of receipt for which the customer can contact us and if the return request is accepted by Planting stories, the customer will self-ship the package back to the seller along with the original packaging. Once the return is confirmed, the amount paid by the customer, will be refunded by Planting Stories as store credit/voucher which they will be able to redeem in their next purchase.

To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery by email at support@plantingstories.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

Can you return handmade or customized products?

In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale” and hence cannot be returned. Including-

- Ceramics, food serving products, and other products which are fragile are not eligible for returns.-
- Handmade and products made of natural materials are not eligible for returns. Customized orders are not eligible for return.
- Small bubbles on ceramic are not considered a defect if they are not visible on the upper surface.
- Seeds and soil/potting mix are not eligible for returns.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
- Up to 5% variance from the stated dimensions is not considered a defect.
