SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from different locations of our Master Craftsmen places across India in most cases. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
TRACKING PACKAGE
We will send you the order numbers for the order that have been shipped. You can track them online using the number.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Any re-delivery requests after this will be charged additionally and will include two way shipping and re-packing costs.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and new-age payment options like UPI etc. We have industry prominent names as our third party payment gateways.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed at Planting Stories cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. In such cases 100% of the amount will be returned within 7-8 working days.
However, once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. If the order is refused or returned at doorstep by the you, the refund in such cases will be done after deducting any onward and return shipping (as applicable) from the total amount and as per our refund policy.
